General Patient Information

Patient Feedback

The OM Surgery is committed to giving the best possible service and welcomes feedback from patients and visitors.

All feedback is taken seriously and used to improve services for patients. The care of patients raising concerns will not be affected in any way and will continue to be our highest priority.

Please let us have your comments both positive and negative by completing our comments & suggestions form.

Your comments will help us to maintain our high standard of service.

Problems or Complaints

We always try to provide the best service, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened or things could have been handled better. We hope you will allow us to look into and, if necessary, correct any problems that you have identified. If you have any complaints, please contact the Practice Manager in person or in writing.

A leaflet explaining our in house complaints procedure is available at reception.

The only way we can improve the quality of the services is by listening to your suggestions.

GP Average Earnings

It is a contractual requirement that we publish the average pay for the GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at our practice.

For the financial year 2014/15 the average pay for GPs working at OM Surgery was £42,763 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time GP, and 2 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.

Please note that this figure does not take into consideration how many days or sessions that are worked by an individual GP - it is an average only.
